Was Anna Nicole Murdered?
CNN’s Nancy Grace interviewed Smith's estranged mom, Virgie Arthur in August 2006. Arthur told Nancy she had been pondering the fact that Howard K. Stern would inherit Anna Nicole’s millions if Anna Nicole were to die. Arthur was quoted as saying "If Howard Stern marries her and she ends up dead, then who does the money go [to]? Danny's not there,"
Nancy Grace, like everyone, was after the truth although Virgie Arthur isn’t exactly credible. But, you do have to ask yourself how a 39 year old woman suddenly dies without any serious underlying disease. It was only a few months before her own untimely death that son Daniel suddenly died, in his mother’s hospital room no less. Virgie Arthur made it clear that she thought there was something up and she isn’t the only one. There is speculation in some circles that Howard K. Stern had plenty of motive and opportunity and could have perpetrated both deaths, according to PerezHilton.com.
It’s possible that the resourceful Howard K. Stern was able to make revisions to Anna Nicole’s will that would benefit him greatly. There are also lots of people who claimed that it was Howard K. Stern who got the methadone, gave it to Danny, and then tried to get rid of the rest down the toilet after Danny up and died. The commitment ceremony was not a legal marriage and it’s debatable that Howard’s only means of true wealth was through the deaths of the heirs to the millions Anna Nicole’s estate has already won.
This whole thing is just too Marilyn Munroe, who Anna Nicole idolized. Anna Nicole wanted to be this generation’s Marilyn. Munroe’s death was eerily like Anna Nicole’s in that it was sudden and there was a cover up. Other than a prescription drug problem, Marilyn too was other wise healthy. You just have to wonder.
From MSNBC comes a report that a "very reliable witness" claims to have seen several different prescription drugs in Anna Nicole’s room. Why the heck did they have Howard K. Stern’s name on them as though they had been prescribed for him? Was he feeding Anna Nicole a cocktail of drugs? If he really had the symptoms that all these drugs were meant to help or treat in some way, it’s a wonder he was able to be at Anna Nicole’s side constantly and manage her life.
In Nassau there is also a March 26 inquest scheduled into the sudden death in September 2006 of Anna Nicole Smith’s 20-year-old son, Daniel. Officials have yet to determine the underlying cause of Daniel’s death. Just recently, the Seminole police reported they had found new evidence in the case. Until that part of the investigation is looked at by police, Broward county Medical Examiner, Joshua Perper cannot release the final details of the autopsy. Apparently whatever the new evidence is will not change Dr. Perper’s take on the case and in fact may reinforce what his current findings are.
Meanwhile, authorities have questioned everyone who saw Anna Nicole in the days before her death. Dr. Perper has gone on record saying there were no illegal drugs found in Anna Nicole’s body.
In February 2007, police revealed the 911 tapes made at the time of Anna Nicole’s death. The caller stated…”we need assistance to Room 607 at the Hard Rock. It’s in reference to a white female. She’s no breathing and not responsive…actually, it’s Anna Nicole Smith.”
Just to make the whole thing really bizarre, Anna Nicole’s body was stored for three weeks while arguments broiled over where she should be buried and who the father of Dannielynn really is. At the time, authorities were releasing what seemed to be a running report on the decomposition of Anna Nicole’s body.
By the way, we have not heard the last from Virgie Arthur as she recently launched a lawsuit against Howard K. Stern and TMZ.com. She claims that they spread rumors that she, Virgie, had given birth to her step brother’s child, thereby hurting her reputation. It seems that no one has told Virgie that she already has a bad reputation and is seen by many as a money grabbing opportunist. Dearest Mommy!
